This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you access the website, server log data is automatically collected (browser, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, timestamp). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
3. Cookies and Consent
This website uses two types of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required): shopping cart session, login state, language preference. These cookies are essential for the shop to function. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR.
Analytics cookies (consent required): Google Analytics 4 for anonymized traffic measurement (see section 6). These cookies are only set after you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

4. Shop and Order Data
When placing an order, the following data is collected: name, shipping address, email address, payment data. This data is processed for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and shared with our print-on-demand partner Shirtee GmbH for production and shipping of the products.
5. Google Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in this process. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 enables us to evaluate the use of our website on an anonymized basis (page views, time on site, traffic source, device type).
IP anonymization: IP anonymization is enabled. Your IP address is truncated before storage so that no direct personal reference can be established.
Consent required: GA4 cookies are only set after you actively give consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). No tracking takes place until consent is given. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
Retention period: Anonymized usage data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.
Data transfer to the USA: Google may also transfer data to servers in the USA. The legal basis is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.
Objection / opt-out: You may object to data collection by GA4 at any time:

Payment is processed via WooCommerce Payments / Stripe. Your payment data is transmitted directly to the payment service provider and is not stored on our servers.
